Biodiesel production plants

The PPM -Biodiesel-technology is based on an approved process of transesterification of fatty acid glycerine in an alkaline atmosphere. Vegetable oil and vegetable waste oil can be used as raw material. The catalyst is liquid, prefabricated potassium methylate.

For the manufacturing of 1000 kg of biodiesel 1020 kg fresh oil, 145 kg methanol and 35 kg potassium methylate are neccessary.

The quality of the produced biodiesel corresponds to the European Norm EN 14214 (in the polish version of the regulation of the minister of economic affairs dated 8.09.2006).

PPM offers plants for the production of biodiesel with capacities of 10.000 up to 200.000 tons per year.

From the economically and ecologically point of view these capacities are optimally because:

• Optimal price-performance ratio of clear investments and easy operability of the plants secure the economic success.
• Thereby it is possible to have a good and close cooperation with the local rapeseed producers.
